Your main tasks:
- Implementation of a marketing strategy that meets the stated business goals related to the company’s total income;
- Development of the existing cooperation with Advertisers;
- Search for new Advertisers through forums, conferences, and advertising of the partner network, and increase the volume of traffic with existing Advertisers;
- Carrying out a systematic check of Advertisers for the quality of the provided services;
- Analysis of Advertisers programs of competitors, market research;
- Control over payments with Advertisers;
- Monitoring of Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports and traffic analysis;
- Building KPIs and optimizing processes within the account management team.
We are the match if you have:
- 2 year years experience in a similar position;
- Experience in searching and dealing with numerous Advertisers;
- Understanding of the specifics of Affiliate Marketing & Advertisers cooperation: payment models, fraud, negotiations, and technical knowledge of setting up campaigns;
- Experience in working with publishers, advertisers, and affiliate networks within different GEOs (МЕNA region will be a plus);
- Experience with verticals – mVAS ( mobile valued services), gambling, betting or relevant is MUST HAVE;
- Understanding of the product funnel and basic conversion metrics;
- Advanced level of English;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Strong analytical background;
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- Business-oriented mindset.
It’s a plus if you have:
- Experience in management of significant traffic volumes;
- Proactive approach.
