➡️ Resident. IP-addresses of home networks, which algorithms associate with real users with a link to a real place, and therefore have high trust. Plus ISPs hang one IP for a bunch of customers. Ban everyone? Not even FB will. 

➡️ Mobile. Proxies with a clean reputation. You can sit from a desktop, but FB will consider every user's access as coming from a smartphone. FB is extremely loyal to mobile traffic, but the price tag is a bit steep. 

➡️ Server-based. Run on the basis of virtual and physical servers in data centers around the world. They are distinguished by low price and high speed. The best in terms of price, but you need to be scrupulous about validity. Checker here. 

What to choose? Any option. There is no difference, as long as the quality is appropriate.
