Remember, a 4.6/5 review in the eyes of the customer is like a sock sticking out from under a blanket: not perfect, but honest. No one wants to be too perfect, and who needs that genuine 5 when you can get a 4.6 and inspire more trust?

But when you start positioning yourself as "too cool to be true," a lot of questions can arise.
